Elder Advocates of South Carolina, Inc., is a case management company, owned and operated by Reagan Callaghan. Reagan has been a registered nurse for more than 25 years and a certified case manager for 8 years. The growth of the retirement population in the Myrtle Beach area as well as personal experience with long distance caregiving, prompted her to form this company to assist clients in maintaining an active life-style while managing their medical needs. Her vision is to provide geriatric case management services for residents in the Low Country area to enhance aging in place.
Reagan Callaghan is a member in good standing with the American Assocaition of Managed Care Nurses as well as a member in good standing with the Professional Association of Geriatric Care Managers.
